You’ll own national contracts, negotiate complex rebate structures, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals. Your ability to influence without direct authority, communicate at all levels, and drive promotions will be critical to growing our market share. With one direct report, you’ll also lead by example, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial agreements, including tiered rebate structures. 
• Build and maintain relationships with head office executives and local merchant owners. 
• Collaborate with regional teams to align national strategies with local execution. 
• Drive national promotions and merchandising initiatives to boost product visibility. 
• Ensure clear communication and documentation for pricing and contract changes.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in sales or procurement, ideally within the building or merchant industry. 
• Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in rebate structures and supplier agreements. 
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage CEOs, owners, and buyers.
