Job Description
Your Role:
As the Credit Control Team Leader, you'll be at the helm of a talented group of credit controllers and accounts receivable administrators. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support your team to ensure efficient collection processes and minimise outstanding debts. You will also play a key role in implementing credit policies, managing high-risk accounts, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading a credit control or accounts receivable team within a complex, multi-unit business
Strong leadership skills with a knack for mentoring and motivating team members
Expertise in credit management and familiarity with accounting software (experience with AX is advantageous)
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
