Job Description
What you’ll do:
As a Credit Controller at Steel & Tube, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring timely collections and minimising arrears. You'll be the go-to person for managing aged debt, resolving account issues, and implementing payment plans. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams will be key to your success in this role.
What you’ll bring:
At least 5 years of experience in credit control, with a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes
Experience in working in a large complex organisation
Strong skills in communication and negotiation, with a knack for problem-solving and detail orientation
Proficiency with accounting software (experience with AX is a plus) and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
