What You'll Do:

As an accomplished customer-facing or trade salesperson, you’ll support our exceptional customer interactions across our product range, increasing sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide solutions and sales to our customers, making them come back again and again
• Support our loyal customers with the highest quality customer experience
• Process orders and support trade customers
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Drive sales and leverage the full Fortress Fasteners product range
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised shop environment 

What We're Looking For:

• Customer-facing and/or sales Experience in Fastenings, or experience in a similar field, such as Merchants or Building supplies
• Knowledge of building products or experience in a similar field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a resilient attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Hands-on style with a focus on team collaboration and success
• Competent in operating computer systems
