What You’ll Do
- Solve Problems: Be the first point of contact for IT issues across our manufacturing, logistics, and corporate teams
- Streamline Operations: Triage and resolve technical issues to keep business running smoothly
- Empower Users: Create and update knowledge resources to help users find solutions independently Improve Continuously: Contribute to process enhancements and share innovative ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, ideally within manufacturing or corporate environments
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools
- Attitude: A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for problem-solving
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage non-technical users effectively
