About the Role:

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the Nelson branch, from sales and customer service to warehouse operations. Your mission is to deliver on financial, operational, and safety goals while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring they have the tools and support to excel 

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to grow market share 

• Drive operational efficiencies across sales, distribution, and compliance 

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met 

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch financial targets 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in distribution, logistics, or branch management 

• Strong people management skills with a natural ability to inspire and guide teams 

• A results-oriented mindset, with experience in achieving sales and growth targets 

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety excellence 

• Knowledge of the steel, construction, or related industries is a plus
