What You'll Do:

As a member of our Trade Shop Team, you will be the driving force behind exceptional customer interactions across our product range, increasing sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Trade Shop team, ensuring smooth operations and great customer service
• Manage stock, process orders, and support trade customers
• Build relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Drive sales and leverage the full Fortress Fasteners product range
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised shop environment 

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in trade sales, customer service, or a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of speciality fastener products or engineering and building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a resilient attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team success
