What You'll Do:

• Interpret drawings and plans to produce precise detailing using Angus and Howick software, Excel, and Dynamics AX
• Provide accurate measurements for purlin and bracing orders
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Handle customer queries and technical questions with professionalism
• Assist with freight recording, order processing, and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in detailing or a strong drafting background preferred
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (medium-level, including formulas, formatting, basic charts and cell referencing)
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
• An organised, methodical, and proactive approach to work
