Your Role:

As a key member of our Customer Experience Distribution Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service across multiple channels. Your day-to-day will include: 

• Handling orders, quotes, and influencing sales 
• Providing innovative solutions tailored to customer needs 
• Offering expert support to our valued clients 

About You:

You thrive in a fast-moving environment, love problem-solving, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication are your strengths. While experience in steel, roofing, or fastening is a plus, it’s not essential. If you’re looking to transition from hands-on work to an office-based role, this is the perfect opportunity.
