Steel & Tube Invercargill, a cornerstone of New Zealand’s metal industry for over 70 years, is hiring a CX Consultant for our Distribution team! 

Your Role:

You’ll be at the heart of our Invercargill crew, delivering stellar service via phone, web, and beyond. Your day will include: 

• Managing orders, quotes, and sales growth 
• Offering smart solutions to customer needs 
• Assisting with warehouse duties and advice 

About You: 

You shine in busy environments, communicate clearly, and aim to delight customers. Experience in steel or related fields is a bonus but not required, ideal if you’re shifting from practical to office work! Your experience could be from a similar industry.
