What You'll Do: 

As a skilled Trade Shop Sales / Storeperson, you’ll be the face of Steel & Tube, driving sales, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions to trade shop customers
• Process orders, handle phone queries, and support sales team efforts
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently 
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers 
• Maximise sales by promoting Steel & Tube’s diverse product range 
• Keep the trade shop and warehouse safe, organised, and efficient 

This role is a blend of customer-facing sales and hands-on store support. You’ll work closely with the team to understand customer needs, overcome challenges, and grow the business by leveraging your product knowledge and relationship-building skills. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Proven experience in customer service or sales (trade or merchant experience a plus) 
• Ability to juggle sales, customer queries, and warehouse tasks with ease 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on results 
• Familiarity with steel products or a forklift license is a bonus
